Beautiful baby girl B came to my studio last week for her newborn photos. Baby B arrived 3 weeks early but we were still able to get her on the schedule. She was a tiny little thing but very good. We even got some awake shots at the end of the session. Mom and Dad were very relaxed even though it was their first baby and you can tell by how good Baby B was. She was a very easy going newborn. And the best thing is, we are almost neighbors. I hope to see more of this new family of 3 this year. Here are some sneak peeks from your session. Enjoy!
The end of summer is officially here with today being Labor Day 2014. So I thought I would post a sneak peek of the Longport beach session from last week. The pictures were being done for their Mom Mom. Everyone was really nervous about the session but I told them not to worry. It’s a lot of fun. Kids get to run around and be themselves. What a beautiful area we were at and then moved to the beach. Enjoy your sneak peek G family and B family.
We got the opportunity to photograph this beautiful little girl for her 1 year old cake smash at the workshop. Her mom was one of the attendees. Heidi painted the backdrop for the session. If anyone is interested in the background, I think it is available for sale. Sweet indulgences next door to their studio made the cake. Heidi is lucky she can partner with a great cake company that has such creative ideas. I love seeing all of Heidi’s set ideas. She’s so creative. She even paints her backgrounds like the one shown here. The Birthday Girl was so cute and at first just stared at the cake not knowing what to do. Then she stuck a finger inside and it was all over. Handsome Baby J came to the studio for his 1 year portraits and cake smash. He and his family currently live in Georgia because his Daddy is in the military but were up here in NJ visiting family for the month of August. How excited I was that they contacted me for his session. What a happy little guy he was the whole time. During the cake smash, he wasn’t to into the cake but still had lots of smiles. I hope to see you guys this fall for a family session if you are in the area again. By then I’m sure Baby J will be walking all over the place. Thank again H family, enjoy your sneak peek.
22 day old handsome boy Brent came to my studio last week. The first thing his mom and dad said is he doesn’t sleep more than 10 minutes during the day. UH OH. I knew I had my work cut out for me that day. The first 2 pictures were in the beginning of the session but I wore him down!! Finally we got him to sleep for more than the 10 minutes and got some beautiful images for the family. Also Brent had his big brother there too and he was able to hold him for the first time. 10 day old Baby Harry came to visit me in the studio this week. He has a great birthday, the same as my son’s. And it looks like he has a slight red tint to his hair. It took him awhile to fall asleep but his mom took him for a little ride in the car to seal the deal. Once he was back, he was out and we got lots of great shots. 
Beautiful 4 week old Baby Anna came into the studio last week with her mom, dad and grandmother. She was 4 weeks old when she came to me for her session because her Daddy wanted to be here for the session. He had to leave for his job in the military right after she was born. Anna was older than most newborns and you never know what to expect because they are more awake and alert and less bendy at that age. Well,… she was a rock star. She slept the entire time and we finished in record time. Who would have known that she was 4 weeks old? Guess next time I have a 4 week old request I’ll tell them to take her to the doctors prior to the session. That really seemed to knock her out. Thanks again F family for bringing your beautiful daughter to me. She was an angel.
This beautiful 21 day old newborn girl came to visit me in the studio last week. Even being a little older than the typical newborn we like to shoot, she did wonderful. I usually like to have newborns come to the studio between days 5-10 old. She slept for me and we were able to get some great images. By the end she had had enough and didn’t want to go in the basket. I just loved her hair. She has a very adorable older sister who was very well behaved too. They are going to have many wonderful times playing together when Violet gets older. There’s nothing like a sister!! Enjoy being a family of 4! Here are some of my favorites from our session!
This beautiful mama came to me as a gift from her husband for maternity portraits. She is due with twin girls in July. Doesn’t she look wonderful! I definitely didn’t look that good and I only had one baby in me. Such an exciting time for them. I can’t wait to meet these little gals in July!
11 day old baby C came to visit me in the studio this week with her mom and grand mom. What a joy she was! She slept the entire time she was here. I was so excited to play with all my girl headbands and props. I’ve had a big run on boys recently so having a girl here was fun. Thanks Mom and Grand mom for bringing her. Enjoy your sneak peek.
