Introducing Baby N…our newest newborn from the Michelle Baker Photography studio. I am so lucky as a newborn photographer, when I can photograph a clients maternity session and their newborn session. I feels it comes full circle for me and them.  If I can sign them up for the Baby Plan, then I can see them multiple times throughout the year. I love watching their little one grow up from a newborn to a toddler. There is nothing greater than that for me!

Here is some of the pictures of their maternity session. J the older brother was so excited to be here and get some pictures with his new brother. How lucky Baby N is to have him as a role model.

Fall Mini Sessions are here for 2017. I have very limited times available this fall so I thought I would break them up over 3 days to give clients more options. Remember fall mini sessions are only 20-25 min long and are for immediate family only. They are really for families looking to update their family portraits for holiday cards, gifts etc.

Special mini session packages are available. You will get a gallery of 15-20 images to look at in 1-2 weeks after the session. Click the link to see the pricing:

Welcome Baby Boy | South Jersey Newborn photographer

Oh my goodness, look at this sweet baby boy! This handsome guy and his parents drove to me here in Moorestown from Margate where they were staying with her parents for the summer while their house is being renovated. How nice is it to spend the summer at the beach!!

You would think this little guy would be nice and sleepy after his long car ride here but he was wide awake for much of his session. Even though he was wide awake we are still able to get wonderful photos. He was very content and barely cried so we were able to get many different poses. Sometimes the parents like the awake shots just as much as the sleepy ones. Eventually he did succumb to sleep and we were able to get some sleepy ones as well.

I am so honored when parents will drive to me for their newborn photos of their children. Cant wait to see Baby L for his Baby Plan pictures around 6-7 months.

Moorestown Family Photography | South Jersey Family Photographer

Tis the season for Family Photography!! The weather gets cooler, the leaves start to change, school starts and the crazy schedules begin. Over the next couple of weeks I will be blogging some of my families from last fall that I never got to showcase because I was too crazy busy to write a blog post.

A couple of things to remember… Get on my schedule early! I have limited weekends available this fall and you never know with all this rain we’ve been having whats going to happen with the schedule! It’s better to be on my schedule and have to rearrange than trying to get on it at the last minute. You will get priority over the last minute people.

This week’s family is my BFF and my daughters BFF family. Aren’t we lucky they are in the same family. Makes vacations a blast!! And how can we not forget Cody their Hungarian Vizsla, Cody!! Cody is my dog Ruby’s only friend. He tolerates her shenanigans.

20 day old Baby Charlie | Moorestown Newborn photographer

20 day old Baby Charlie came to my studio for his newborn session. Mom contacted me 1 week after he was already born. I was able to fit him in the schedule. But at 20 days he was already passed the “window” as some photographers say for the true newborn photos (sleepy, curled up ones). I prepped the mom that he might be awake and not sleepy. She followed my directions to a T for what to do before the session and he was sleepy for some of them. You never know how a baby will be after the 14 days so never turn anyone away. 7 month session Baby Planner K – Moorestown Baby Photographer

7 month session for Baby Planner K was a joy! I love the sitter sessions (6-8 months old) with my babies. They are all smiley and have the cutest expressions. I think it is my favorite session of all the baby sessions. I love when mom and dad also get in some of the pictures with their babies.

Baby K was here in the fall for his newborn session. I love when my newborns sign up for the Baby Plan and I can see them multiple times during their first year! Soon it will be time for his 1 year/cake smash photos!

It’s amazing how much they grow in just 1 short year. Make sure you document all of it with portraits!!

Maternity Session for a new family of 4 – Maternity Photographer South Jersey- Moorestown NJ Photographer

I love Maternity Sessions to showcase the love between husband/partner and wife and also the love between mom and kids for the new baby. What better way to showcase that love then with a Maternity session. Many people don’t want to have maternity photos taken because they think they look too big. I can make you look beautiful and give you photos to show your baby the love they had before they were even born.

This family was a joy to photograph. I loved chatting with the son J. We talked all about baseball since he is a very good player for his age. I’m sure we will be hearing things about him when he’s older.

Mom brought some of her own outfits to the session and then used some of my maternity outfits. Her bandeau lace top and the black skirt and top are from Ana Brandt’s Belly Baby Wear shop. 

Your time while you are pregnant will go very quickly. Remember to document it with a Maternity Session. Usually the sessions are best between 31-35 weeks. We go by how you are feeling and how big your belly is. 14 day old Baby I | Cinnaminson Newborn Photographer

14 day old Baby I came to the studio for his newborn session. His session was a gift to his mom at her shower. Gift certificates are available in all denominations. He started out wide awake and then eventually succumbed to sleep and we were able to get some sleepy shots. Although the eyes wide opened ones are adorable as well. I find babies around day 14 are staying awake more often so if you want the really sleepy shots then the best time is between 7-10 days.

Chris B | Moorestown High School Class of 2018

As 2017 closes and all the 2017 seniors have graduated. Its time to think about the Class of 2018. It is bittersweet for me as my son will be the one graduating this year coming up. Hard to believe 18 years have gone so quickly. I still remember the little red head chatting with me non stop in these cute little words that didn’t even make sense but he knew what he was talking about and made sure you knew he was right. Still to this day he thinks he is right on a lot of topics. I thought I would put some photos at the end to show your funny side and how you are always making us laugh. Very quick wit and humor, you keep us on our toes.

Senior year is a big year and a fun year for you and all your friends. Hope you enjoy it to the fullest.

Here is a sneak peek from a recent family session of the B family. Even the dog, Chase made it in for some of the photos. Remember dogs are part of the family too! The B family came to me from a referral from her friend Katie who had her families session this past fall. I do have a referral program so the B family gets $100 off their products and Katie receives $100 off her next session. That’s an easy way to be able to get updated pictures each year and keep the costs lower.
